Eligibility To Become CPA Member

In accordance with Law No. 45 of 2026, any person seeking admission as a member of the Institute shall meet the following requirements:

  1. Professional Qualification: Possess a recognized accounting qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  2. Relevant Experience: Have a minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in the field of accountancy.
  3. Good Character: Demonstrate good professional conduct, integrity, and reputation.
  4. Legal Standing: Not have been convicted by a court of law of any offense within the past five (5) years.

Requirements for Registration:

  1. Academic Documents: Certified copies of degree certificate(s) and academic transcripts.
  2. Professional Qualification: Copy of a recognized professional certificate (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  3. Work Experience: Evidence demonstrating a minimum of three (3) years of relevant practical experience in accountancy.
  4. Curriculum Vitae (CV): An updated and comprehensive CV.
  5. Photograph: A recent passport-sized photograph.
  6. Application Fee: Payment of a non-refundable registration fee of USD 300 (Subscription 200 and Registration 100).
